Our story

A small café on Lindegade.

Café Nordlys started as a single espresso machine and a borrowed corner table. It's still small: a handful of tables, an old counter and a kitchen that bakes before sunrise. The menu is short and changes with the seasons.

We roast our house blend in small batches and change the bakes with the weather. Regulars know the corner seat by the window; first-timers usually find it too.
